I listed some tickets for sale on Viagogo and Stubhub. The problem is that I sold them on Stubhub and forgot to remove them from Viagogo. Now, when I try to cancel the sale of tickets I no longer have, they want to charge a percentage of the unrealized sale. Is there any way to cancel without being charged anything?

Puse a la venta unas entradas en Viagogo y Stubhub, el problema es que las vendí por Stubhub y olvidé eliminarlas de Viagogo, y ara por querer cancelar esa venta de unas entradas de las que no dispongo que quieren cobrar un % de esa venta no realizada. Hay alguna manera de poder cancelarlo sin que me cobren nada??
