Can someone with more insight into company management and ASML please help me understand how Marco is getting a promotion in the middle of this mess he's partially responsible for? I understand it's a formality because of the shareholder meeting, but I feel the timing is just abysmal.

All this tells me is that management doesn't care about our opinions, they don't care if we strike. They go ahead regardless of how we feel or what we think.

If they keep up with this lack of reason throughout the year we'll be making pizza ovens by December.
