Hi, the only and most annoying side effect I have is the eczema on my hands ever since starting accutane… Also i mostly have it on my left hand only, some days it goes completely away and then it randomly appears again, even when I do everything the same, moisturize etc, it is the same for me with thy dryness some days my lips/ hands are drier then other even when I do everything the same as usual…Anyways, my derm perscribed me some of corticoid cream but I am lowkey scared to use it as I have seen some posts about Topical Steroid Withdrawal
and that you should not be using these in any amount👀
So I wanted to ask for your advice, what has helped you the most? I tried various moisturizers but nothing seemed to help, even some zinc ointment. I was thinking about trying vaseline cause I am hopeless already… I never had problems with eczema before.
