Our store has a water restocking policy. We are not allowed to use the wood pallets the 40 packs etc. come on so we are repeatedly lifting and restacking 40 plus pound water packages from wood pallets onto the plastic ones kept on the sales floor multiple times a day. This repeated heavy lifting is causing significant back, leg, and physical strain to everyone. Summers coming and it will be so much more to restack. I understand wanting the sales floor to “look good”, but the amount of unnecessary pain this creates seems excessive compared to the benefit. The product is already safely stacked and sellable in the first place. Anyone else required to do this?
