Campus Tour Toney
Is campus tour toney ever gonna be a playable card? The OVR requirements for campus tour don’t make sense at all, by the time I reach the OVR required to unlock any Toney above 70 OVR my team will already be too good for him to have a starting spot. Do we know if there are any plans to fix this?
