Food and general tips.

Hello everyone. My whole life as far back as I can remember, I’ve always been the big kid and when I got older the baby fat my mom said I’d loose apparently never got the memo. Well now I’m 28m 325lb. After failed diets, weight loss apps and gym memberships I’m kinda at a loss. I live a busy sedentary lifestyle which I sit down 10 hours a day. I wake up 4M work 6am-4pm and home by 5-5:30. Then bed at 10:pm. I try to spend as much time as I can with my wife and young child but I’ve been doing some improvements to my yard so it’s got me moving more lately. The hardest part of loosing weight is the food. What to and what not to eat it sounds pretty simple in my head and I understand it. But when it comes to putting something on a plate it seems all knowledge goes out the window. It’s so hard to pack things for lunch as well. I’m a heavy equipment operator with no access to a microwave or stove. So the majority of lunches are sandwiches and of course snack cakes and just pre packaged snacks. Can anyone give me ideas on what I can take to lunch to loose weight? Any tips on general weight loss is greatly appreciated.
