Boat Outline for Shirt

I want to make shirts with this boat outline printed on the back. I sent this image to the company who will be doing the printing, and they told me:
"The Art Director had thought your sail plain drawing was a crisp enough image, but some of the lines will be blurred on the shirts. Do you have a higher quality file? He realized this when he blew it up and did the first printed sheet for sublimation which is what this image is from."
I am looking to hire somebody who can help me create a higher quality image. I am not sure if re-tracing this image is necessary or if there is another way to sharpen the lines so that they are not blurry/jagged when enlarged and printed on the back of a shirt.
