Recently I’ve been having some issues on my runs. At around the 2mi mark, my feet start to go numb (my right foot more so than my left). I did some research and saw that it could be because of how tight I’m tying my shoes so I started tying them a little looser, feet are still going numb. The shoes that I use are the Brooks Ghost 16. Should I try changing my shoes or incorporate different exercises in to my training?
