I’ve been training bjj for a few months now and am interested in taking advantage of the Muay Thai classes that are offered at my gym. I spent a decent amount of money purchasing an Impact brand mouthguard. Apparently it’s thinner than the other mouthguards that they offer because specifically tailored for grappling. Can I get away with using this one one during Muay Thai sparring sessions or should I buy a new one that’s specifically made for striking?
