Basement vs addition & encapsulation
Howdy, buying a 2 story house in VA, it's an older place with a crawl space, it isn't fully encapsulated and was wondering price point would it be better to just get a basement installed underneath or get the crawlspace encapsulated and just get an addition? If addition is the answer would it be better to expand up or sideways?
