I have paid for an order over 3 weeks ago that still hasn't even left the warehouse. I have requested a full refund of my order for this reason, and Zamnesia are failing to oblige. Customer support is non existent. I am at my wits end trying to get my money back or my order sent. Pls help

Hey guys,

So I placed a fairly large order about 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been packed, prepared, or sent out..

I have contacted Zamnesia customer support via email multiple times and have heard nothing back.

At this point I just want a refund because I was expecting my order in a timely fashion as stated on their website, and I will rather spend the money elsewhere.

Can someone please advise me on how I can get through to anyone at Zamnesia?? I am very close to just reporting this and issuing a chargeback on my card because I can't just sit here waiting for weeks after already paying them and getting nothing for it.

And help would be greatly appreciated!
