Hey everyone, sorry if this has been asked before but I cant find any info online….I saw a CSEA job listing that mentioned the pay scale was 15/18/20/23. Im assuming this is a step position where you advance through the promotional grades. Is there any info online for the pay scale for something like this Im only finding this pay scale and im not sure how it applies:

How does a position like this work, are the grade promotions guaranteed every year?
