Recently rewired my jazzmaster to have individual tone and volume controls for each pickup. After reassembling everything I noticed that the bridge volume control only controls the volume from 8-10, below that it doesn't do anything at all.
Any idea what I should look for next time I open her up? I assume one of the lugs is grounding out somewhere, could it be against the shielding paint?
