Lower back feedback

So when I jog or walk at steep incline I get lower back fatigue / discomfort pretty quickly and looking for advice how to strengthen that muscle group.

I have been doing back extension, and the hip abductor. (About two months)

Looking for any additional advice

Edit: I sit most of day for work I have been standing for about 1/3 of the day
