Hey ladies! I am looking for advice.

I have been experiencing pelvic burning and lower back pain for over a month. At first I thought it's an yeast infection and took a pill for it, later thought it's UTI and took Keflex. I felt better after the Keflex antibiotic but a week later the burning vame back. Then I went to the OBGYN and tested negative for std, UTI and yeast infection. I also had a pelvic ultrasound and looked normal.

I feel a burning pelvic sensation all the time and stinging and lower back pain. I am trying to see a gynecologist.

Has anyone felt similar? What helped ?
