Has anyone switched jobs on a TN?

My TN category is under management consultant and am in technology sales. Had the status for less than a year.

Have had a company reach out that is interesting to join and may be a better fit for my career.

Is it easier than getting a TN for the first time?

Curious what this process would look like. Is it the same as applying or is switching easier?
