This is just a question for me. I'm confused and want to become more educated. And Google is no help.

I recently learned the difference between part-time ambulatory wheelchair users and full-time ambulatory wheelchair users.

Is there a such thing as part-time non-ambulatory wheelchair users and full-time non-ambulatory wheelchair users?

If so, what's the difference?

Again, this is just to help me answer a question I've been curious about for a long time.
