Huge pull the other day, is it worth grading?

Opened a Mega Zygarde premium collection box from Walmart and the one pack of Phantasmal had this heat sitting in it. Bottom right of the card has some white specs i noticed so not sure it would even get a psa 10 or even a 9, any recommendations?
