Has anyone figured out what this does yet? Wondering if this an effect worth going for in builds.

What really moves the needle in PVE for having shield up 100% time for late game content? Even in heroics I’m not really able to keep my shield up all the time without having to worry. I’m not seeing what makes the major change in a Juggernaut build that possible. I’ve read on here there’s people ranking legendaries no problem for their team so wondering what I should aim for to get there to boost shield uptime.

For referenced I’m using:

4x Fearless Warrior

2x Shield Propelling

Heavy Armor OS (toughness boost)

~180k HP

~4500 Armor

Have taunt chips for skills

Almost all T1, trying to take that step to get T2s
