Developers offered ‘holy grail’ as Brisbane church with no restrictions goes to auction

Do you think developers will outbid to knock down or someone will buy this and use it as a home.

Im curious why if the land envelope is so attractive like the article states, the owner is not utilising it for redevelopment partnerships?

I also have friends with beautiful houses like this, and they were similarly sold to them like this. For the life of me I can't understand why you would go to trouble with all the approvals just to flog it off on the market.

Keen to hear your thoughts, I often see lefties use weasel words, shirking resposbility, or some exagerrated myth.

Similar to the 2019 Bill Shorten & negative gearing myth for why the labor government fails to do their job as a majority again and again.

Somehow they always have an excuse for albo or his ministers. Its quite bizaree, like instead of admitting it and pressuring their party to do the actual thing they spend all their energy on excusing it telling us all albo is playing 27D chess.

Whole thing would be laughable if it wasnt destroying the nation.

Edit this leftist provided the perfect example for the behaviour I am referrencing

Am going to put a few pollinator palaces around the place, but additionally looking for maybe grasses, plants that are easily found & cost effective to drop around the place when I put in these pollinator palaces.

I read an article and it stated lomandra but open to suggestions.

I actually think this is the wrong move for a society that culturally loves to rule over others and submission.

I think the right move here would be to collect retrospective data, and charge a infrastructure levie for what is practicallt a hotel business taking advantage of public infrastructure. In addition higher- rates and council permits for this hotel infrastructure locking them in retrospective but also across a few year.

Might as well milk these investors to upgrade other infrastructure.
