Applying for F1 stamp with STEM receipt
Hello,
I’m currently working on OPT and my Visa stamp expires on August 4 and my OPT expires mid-September.
Can I apply for an F1 visa stamp with only a stem receipt notice? I was able to an appointment for 31st July and August 6th
I just recently applied for STEM extension.
