WWYD to wrangle a bus load of adults?

Hi teachers! This is not a school (or even youth) request, but I have a hunch that teachers know how to wrangle a large mixed-age group of people into fun, connection, and conversation. I would love your sage advice!

My amazing friends are getting married this weekend, and I (a guest) have been designated Bus Captain! Our 55 person wedding attendees will be shuttling from town via bus to the ceremony space out in the mountains. There is a hired transport coordinator handling the nitty gritty, but I would like (in addition to my “make sure everyone is here” duties) to make the 45-minute ride fun.

This will be a mixed-generation group, many of whom don’t know each other—but all of whom are casual and spunky party people!

So, does anyone in this group have an idea for how I can add a little revelry to our bus ride, a little activity or guided shenanigans to help lighten the mood and keep spirits high as we arrive to our good friends’ wedding?

Making a Wedding Bus Fun?

Hi Event Planners!

Thank you in advance!
