Does anyone know how do you calculate ISP to get the ISPEU? (ISP/Equivalent Coefficient).

My mom inherited a property with a lot of m2 but it is worth almost nothing because of the condition and location (very bad condition of the building, in the countryside, in South America), so I’m worried about the ISPEU, not about the ISEEU (My family income is very low).

Any info would be really helpful!! :)
