Retest MCAT for better admission chances?

Hi all,

I have my MCAT coming up soon and am having serious doubts about my current admission chances due to my projected score of a 509. This is the end of my junior year as a biochem/philosophy dual major + German minor. I have a 3.70 cGPA and 3.69 sGPA due to a rough semester abroad (otherwise it would be roughly 3.81 cGPA). I'm published twice in psych journals and am taking my CNA exam in a few weeks, so I can work full-time in either hospice or inpatient during my gap year. I'm currently working on my honors thesis for philosophy as well. What I've heard from advisors is that I have an OK portfolio, and that MCAT and my age (19) are the biggest detractors for my application status. My "realistic" dream schools right now are CU and TMU (Canadian citizenship), but I'd be happy with anywhere in the northern US atp because being a Florida student has crushed my soul. Should I retest after graduation for a better chance at MD?

Also: I have other EC flairs like club staff, research director, ~200 hours of unpaid medical internships, 200 hours of shadowing, and several community volunteering positions with schools or free clinics, as well as Spanish proficiency, not sure if any of these significantly boost my portfolio, though
