Got this as apart of a trade. Didn’t even realize how perfect it was until after. What y’all think?

TAG responded! Update on Damaged Card situation

Like the subject says, just wanted to update everyone on the situation. TAG finally responded and was really really fair with making the situation right - I believe. I redacted the numbers in the photo, but what they compensated with was very generous.

I still think they really need to fix their system for communication to align better with their strong desire for transparency. But all things said and done I’m glad they resolved it well. I’ve seen a lot of other situations with different companies that didn’t have a good happy ending like this.

Should I crack this and resubmit? I really thought this was going to be a 10…

This is like my fourth submission to TAG. I submitted it with 6 other cards. It was in my PC & I thought it was a sure fire 10. It got a 9 (944 specifically).

I’m debating trying again & using a really expedited shipping.

Mega Zard X SIR damaged during grading 3 months ago & now ghosted - bad situation turning into nightmare

I need some advice. I posted on here a couple months ago about this situation. TAG damaged my Mega Charizard X EX SIR and graded it an 8. I have tons of photo evidence of the card before I sent it in & followed all of their shipping instructions. Moving on.

I sent the card in toward the beginning of March for “review” & a possible reimbursement as per their instructions. That was almost three months ago. They updated me one time through the “ticket update tab” that the team was going to review it April 6th. That is almost two months ago.

I have sent over 10 messages asking for some kind of update on the decision, when I can get my card back or any kind of answer. They have not responded to a single message. I even made 4 new tickets & haven’t gotten a single response to any.

What do I do if they never send me my $850 card back? There’s no phone number or way to contact a manager of some kind. I’m getting super nervous because I have received, quite literally, zero responses. Their system of communication is absolutely atrocious.
