Curious how others are handling fulfillment and logistics right now.

If you’re running an ecommerce store, I’d love to hear:

• What part of fulfillment (packing, shipping, returns, inventory, etc.) is the most annoying or time-consuming for you?
• Have you made any changes in the last year to improve it? What worked or didn’t?
• Is there anything you still feel is unnecessarily complicated or expensive?

I’ve been reading a lot of different setups (in-house vs 3PL vs hybrid), and it seems like everyone ends up with very different solutions depending on their scale and products.

Just trying to understand how different people are solving it in practice.
