MEN ONLY - AWKWARD

I have had eczema since birth. On my arms only and as I get older it shows a lot more, it has always been a yeah I don’t like it but It doesn’t make me insecure kinda thing. But I also have eczema on the base of my penis and my balls, as I’m now more sexually active im becoming insecure about it. Although yet no one’s said anything I’m just wondering if there is any one else who has had this and knows how to make it more subtle
