handyman/contractor recommendations- replacing subfloor

so ive moved into an older house, and building that cvs length list of things that need doing. Ivee also been searching this sub and taking a lot of notes, but it seems to have been a few months so i thought id start a new post.

my current main headache: water damage in a bathroom hoping it coud just be a DIY to remove and then find a company to replace, but as we took up the floor- i both managed to injure myself (minorly) and realized that the subfloor also will need to be replaced (does not appear to impact the joist. ) So time to stop trying to save money, and look for someone who can get this done.

i get that part of this is that its a busy season, but so far ive struggled to even get someone to answer the phone/return VM.

Called kildair and remodel it, who ive seen mentioned a bunch, left VM with no pick up. CT gabbert is massively backed up and seems uninterested in smaller jobs. Got two personal recommends for people with next to no online presences, one of which has a single negative review in this sub.

I definetly have a bunch of other projects that will need help with over the next year or two, and ive had better responses with specailized contractors- messing roofing, paluska plumbing seem solid if anyone lands here looking around. But someone to assist in replacing a damaged door frame, those other odds and ends, id love to get advice.
