A collection of elementary or middle grade scary stories with a vampire story that may have been Japanese in origin

I read a lot of scary story collections as a kid, and I cannot for the life of me find the name of this one. It was definitely targeted to slightly older children; I was probably 10-11 when I read it, maybe even 12, so around 2010-2012. I don't remember illustrations, though they might've been there and just didn't make an impression on me.

I remember one story in particular that was about like, a man marrying a rich woman who was secretly a vampire, or some sort of vampire-like spirit. She drained the life out of him to stay young, I think. Maybe his brother married her first and then died? And at the end, they find her coffin or resting place, or they prevent her from feeding, and she's very shrivelled and aged. I think it was Japanese in origin.

That's all I remember. I'm not sure how accurate any of that is, because I don't really trust my memory. I don't think all the stories came from Japan. It might've been a collection of scary stories from around the world.
