I have offer from Randstad(staffing role) - Client is ZS. It's a contract role.
Randstad Onboarding is tomorrow and Client onboarding is after 2 weeks.
what I want to ask is -
- Should I join considering It's a contract role, will it affect getting a FTE (full time role in a company as their own employee) in future?
- what is the notice period if I join randstad and then resign before joining the client? Actually I have 2 more interviews lined up, I want to see my chances there but these Randstad people are literally forcing me to sign the offer ASAP.
I can sign the offer letter and then resign before onboarding client if the notice period is 15 days or less.
does anyone knows about the notice period before joining client?? Please help.
