So I’m watching Homeland from the beginning again, and I’m on S02E12 and Brody and Carrie are parting ways, and it’s beyond clear Carrie is fully in love with Brody, and likely has been for sometime. However I’m interested when people think Nick Brody fell in love with Carrie and what was him using Carrie and what parts were him being in love? Carrie is willing to sacrifice absolutely everything due to her love of Brody and in later episodes to clear his name of the CIA bombing, however Brody seemed to have a much more complicated relationship with Carrie, although I think he did genuinely eventually fall in love with her - but I can’t pinpoint the exact line where this happens. I’d be interested to hear everyone’s perspective on this.
