Missing USCIS case
I posted and then deleted when I tried to remove a screenshot- sorry if that appeared as a dirty delete- not the intent.
Update:
So I logged onto my account on my laptop and they DO show up. But they still don’t if I view from my phone- strange but in case anyone else has the issue, I recommend trying to view from a laptop!
And yes, we submitted our I-130 and then I-129F at the advice of counsel. Some people reported it seemed to speed up the timing on the I-130 but now it seems that it no longer does that. I know some users commented on that aspect of my post and wanted to clear that up.
Anyway, hope we all start seeing movement again soon!!
Here was my post:
I logged onto the USCIS website today and all that shows is our I-129f filing but our three I-130s (my spouse and his two kids) are just gone from the site now. I also cannot click on anything for the I-129F case (we got married and submitted the I-130s and then the I-129 in case it pushed through faster.
Our PD is August 2025 and he and his kids are in NZ (he is dual UK/NZ) and I am USC living in US.
Concerned that our cases are just gone (I tried adding them onto my profile but it said I couldn’t as they were linked to an account). Hoping just a USCIS website glitch?
Anyone else missing their cases today? Screenshots attached…
