Debating whether to return AirPod Pro 3’s

I’ve used the AirPods Pro 3’s for a week and while they are truly amazing, they feel unstable in my ear after a few minutes and occasionally fall out. I also own a pair of Galaxy Buds FE (really underrated btw) for over a year and their noise cancellation is only slightly worse imo but they always stay intact. I’m still eligible to return my AirPods, and I only bought it to suit my Apple Ecosystem.

Interning at a startup with limited coding experience

Ok so I was accepted to a software development internship at a startup, which I'm super grateful for, but the problem is that we're supposed to use frameworks that I have zero experience in. I'm talking React, Node.js, and a bunch of databases I've never even heard of.

I have no idea how I even got accepted in the first place, especially because I haven't built any projects beyond basic password generators. I'm in a predicament right now because I feel that if I do join, my ignorance will only slow the team down which is particularly detrimental for a startup, but at the same time, I have no other backup plan over the summer and it'll look great on my resume. Considering that this is my first ever internship, I know it's a valuable learning experience, but I'm simply not confident in my own abilities. I've self taught myself Python and programmed in Java as well as the web dev languages in the past, but took a long six-month break for personal reasons and am now trying to get back into it.

Ig my question is are first-time interns usually "lost." I'm a high school senior entering college in the fall if that matters.
