Just completed my rig...
Don't know if anyone else uses a setup like this but here it is...
I mainly use my MPC Sample as a looper for sketching out songs and jamming with mates. This rig started out as a sheet of ply, covered in velcro like a pedalboard. I designed and 3D printed the edging and incorporated mounts for the arturia keystep, 2 minirig speakers and a sub mount/iPad stand, there's a simple 4 channel mixer underneath, the large tonex pedal routes one dry signal to the mixer and the second out goes through stereo FX pedals giving me a wet (stereo)/dry (mono) mix, the tonex one is hooked up to the iPad to give me multiple synth options and a second guitar input for a friend to plug into with their own independent tone. Everything then goes into the MPC. The whole thing runs on battery or mains with two battery packs, one standard powerbank for the iPad, mpc, keys and charging the minirigs. The other is a Harley Benton battery pack for guitar FX and powers the 9 pedals. The whole thing is mounted on a folding keyboard stand for easy portability and quick setup. I can get 6-8 hours easily on battery power with everything on. The usb strip means once something is charged I can cut the power to individual devices to minimise power draw I can also quickly plug into studio monitors or a 212 frfr cab to get the volume I need for whatever...I've made a few different boards over the years but for portability and versatility I think this is my favourite yet! Absolutely buzzing with it!
