Is it okay to call the recruitment team, if your band 5 application shows shortlisted since last Thursday and till now no interview email or interview invite on the portal.

Hello, on my application for a band 5 role, I saw shortlisted but nothing else. No email yet and no date of interview.. just shortlisted and I don’t know if it’s a good thing and I should start preparing for interview or it’s just that they are still sorting the application.
PS: what I have received for two other jobs from same trust is unsuccessful application.
