Just bought a used 2022 Talaria Sting, on my second ride, The bike wont go, As soon as i hit the throttle the bike shuts off.

Managed to open the battery and measure 67 volt between plus battery and minus battery, But only 44 volts between plus battery and minus out from bms.

Question is, Is this normal for a dead bms? Or might there be some different provlems aswell? Anf would it be safe to bypass bms with this issue?
