Booked a hotel in March and when I went to check in today, I was told I didn’t have a reservation because the hotel no longer works with booking agencies. Thankfully got another hotel, but CapitalOne hasn’t committed to giving me a refund yet because the hotel needs to cancel.. so I’m confused. How can a hotel decline my reservation when they’ve been paid?
