SGV is a terrible audit firm
Building a better working world for their clients only. If may mga discrepancy or internal control deficiencies na makita sa client, they will be willing to ignore that for the sake of taking care of them and keeping them. FS will be released regardless. Ang kakausapin ng kliyente eh yung partner without the involvement of the seniors and staffs who are auditing them. Then magugulat na lang kami na resolved na yun without knowing how. “Executive discussion” daw. Pero pag dating sa mga empleyado, they just don’t give a shit. From giving an unrealistic workloads to their staffs and seniors, to depriving them of benefits. OT pays are strictly monitored pero never nagkaroon ng assessment if yung workload assigned to a staff are appropriate to be finished without rendering an OT. The fact that our base pay is way too low in this kind of economy, they are really shameless talaga. My co-seniors and staffs have already resigned due to this bullshit environment, and it has been 2-3 months already since their effectivity of resignation, and until now, wala pa ring final pay yung iba sa kanila?!? One of the service that they offer to their clients is compliance, but they can’t even comply to basic labor laws. From unpaid OTs to late payment of final pay, I wonder how these audfirms can sleep at night. After spending 4 years of my life with this firm, this is my last straw. I also won’t be surprised if this incoming salary increase is going to be worth 3 bags of chips.
