I was previously infected with the Renpy virus, and my Discord, Steam, and GitHub accounts were compromised. I’ve since recovered these accounts, changed my passwords (including my primary email), logged out of all devices, enabled 2FA, and cleared my cookies. I then ran a full system scan with Kaspersky and used FRST fixlist to manually remove some entries I found suspicious.
The computer seems to be running fine now with no virus alerts, and there haven't been any suspicious login attempts or unusual activity on my accounts. However, I’m still a bit uneasy, so I ran another scan with FRST. Could someone help me confirm if there are still any signs of malware running?

(I’m from a country where a VPN is required to access Reddit; I’ve personally double-checked the proxy settings and they’re fine.)
