Hello Reddit! My name is Rob. I’m looking for possibly a private owner of some kind. I’m looking for a studio or a one bedroom one bath apartment utilities included would be a plus but not a must. Seattle Bellevue Issaquah Redmond are all the places i’m looking. I’m hoping not to spend no more than $1000-$1400 max. My credit score is in the low 500s. Does anyone know of a place that’s willing to work with a credit score as such?
I would like to give a little backstory my husband and I have been together 17 years 10 of those years we’ve been married. We moved up to Washington 3 1/2 years ago from New Mexico. We’ve decided we just don’t see eye eye, unfortunately, and I’m looking for a restart and a place that will be somewhat comfortable for my kids to come and visit.
