First Home Owners Stamp Duty waiver
In the recently released budget I didn’t come across Abetz and Co stating the First Home Stamp duty waiver is to be extended. This full waiver finishes on the 30th June 2026. If no extension then that puts a big cost into First Home Buyers in the Market.
