99% positive out appeal got approved with BCBS MO but the price for 15MG is showing $498.99 in the app. I’ve been cash paying for now so obviously won’t pay more at Walgreens than cash paying. When I called Walgreens today she confirmed this is what insurance was showing for the price but she said that the savings card I got from zepbounds website wasn’t going through and not discounting it even more.

Doesn’t make sense to me but when I look in the Walgreens app the title says (4 pens) and then quantity shows 2 which makes me believe that it’s trying to fill a total of 8 pens. Am I reading this right??
