Hi my names Dylan im 23 and I have some things to get off my chest , I’ve been really depressed for 3 1/2 months and I can’t seem to get out of my rut , my dad brother sister grandpa and grandma are all dead and it’s just me and my mom , and she’s high on pills all the time and idk what to do in my life atm , I was working 60 hours a week and going to the gym everyday and that all stopped and I need to regain control over my life so can someone please reach out and give me support
