Hi everyone!

I’m looking for gift ideas for an MD/PhD student who is defending their PhD and returning to med school. For those who have gone back to clinicals after finishing the PhD portion (or are further along in training), what gifts ended up being the most useful or appreciated?

I want to make sure I get something that will actually be helpful moving forward. He still has OB/Gyn and Neuro/Psych clerkships left and is currently considering IM or pathology for residency, if that helps!

I was thinking about a FIGS gift card, but wanted to see whether that’s something people found useful down the road or if there are better ideas.
