As I am on my way to early vote today, I saw this story. What exactly is the “constitutional flaw” that he is referencing? Leaving at least 35% of voters in this state with zero congressional representation is just wrong. I will be reaching out to Governor Lee’s office, even if he doesn’t care about me as one of his constituents. Disgraceful.
