Hoping that I’ll find some leads here; haven’t had luck elsewhere and am really not wanting to throw hundreds of dollars away again on application fees only to find out there’s 10 people ahead of us on the list each.
We are a very clean, respectful, small family with an impeccable rental history, excellent credit, and great jobs looking for 2-3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, duplex, or townhome under $1500/mo. No pets except for a couple of parakeets in a cage with an ESA letter.
