Need help not sure what to do. Friday I was closing out my last ticket, phone falls out my vest and the battery comes out and turns off. I put the battery back in and it turns on but the time is wrong I can’t access anything. I can log into my email but it doesn’t update, calls logs aren’t updated. I’ve called IT numerous times since Friday and I haven’t gotten a call back obviously. I’m on call tomorrow and not sure what to do. Supervisor is aware and he says just wait it out and hopefully I get a call back.
