Im new to Mesa (Arizona in general) and I have noticed a lot of big beautiful parks since ive been here. I understand its hot now but im just building a list as of now. Just wanted to ask some locals for their expertise as I only find them as I drive. The type of parks someone can skate, fish, picnic, pretty much do everything at?

The area doesnt have to be exactly in mesa but im looking for something relatively close, ive asked a lot of locals since I moved here but EVERYONE has a different answer for who has the best food here (I dont even hear the same restaurant named twice, super weird). I guess everyones taste buds are different, Im hoping at least on this post that people can drop some gems ive never heard of or recommended a place thats actually worth revisiting
