I bought 2 ultra light down jackets for $79.90 each, 3 weeks later it goes down to $59.90.

I asked them for price adjustment they said they cannot do it because the policy is only 14 days. Fine.

So i bought the exact same item, color and size. After i bought them, i returned them with my old receipt. They said they cannot be returned with the old receipt because every piece in the store has different code. You have to go back home and bring those jackets here.

Did anyone experience the same case? Or is just the way they make it difficult to do a return or price adjustment?
