It's been a while waiting and they just set a hearing date, but I have selected paper hearing because unable to attend in person, I have requested a telephone hearing but it might be too late to request that the hearing is on the 21st, just because when I googled it says the success rate is only 5% vs 70% for oral hearing so I'm not holding much hope, has anyone had a paper hearing and been successful for mental health issues (Depression, Social Anxiety)
